Suddenly, the door of the club swung open. It was Kimba Jones, the owner of The Flukes, and he seemed to be expecting Windi.

"There you are," he said, "Prime Minister Blake asked me to tell you that he would not be able to make his appointment with you this evening."

Appointment. He actually said that. He also said "Prime Minister Blake." Windi does have some very powerful admirers, apparently, even if they aren't always reliable. He went on to mention something about how the Prime Minister was dealing with a potentially dangerous foreign relations situation, but he was talking quietly at this point, trying not to let us hear what he was saying.
