They're sunning themselves aboard the deck of the Moray, a small rumrunner that Andie refurbished with some help from Zia. The Moray was later sold to Rusty Naelhre, the lead singer of the Love Pops, when Andie decided to upgrade to another ride when she became a star at the Silver Seal. Rusty not pictured.
