Randi Gatinho, Genna Bonducci, and Maelie Braga were invited to model pajamas at the Jungle A-Frame cabin owned by Baleen Walker, the proprietor of the hot boutique and Venus Island Girl sponsor The Purple Pelican. The photoshoot didn't quite go as planned and only yielded a handful of shots for our June 1985 edition.

Now, years later, we've come up with some previously unseen behind-the-scenes shots taken by our own writer Jozzy Walker (Baleen's daughter) and an unknown intern. It turns out that the modelling session turned into... well... it was a hot night at the edge of the dark Mauvais...
